e-Spares

A Customer Driven Solution

This service allows you to order new spare parts and tools on-line, through its user-friendly interface.

e-Spares helps you identify and select the right spare parts and tools. Prices are instantly displayed, and availability statuses are calculated in real time so that an order can be placed immediately, 24/7, directly from the EngineLife® Customer Portal.

You can also send automatically a cart created with the Web IETP (Interactive Electronic Technical Publications) cart function into e-Spares to place an order of new spare parts previously identified in the Maintenance Manual.

e-Spares is gradually rolled out to our customers. Its availability may vary depending on users’ geographical location, engine variants and organization compatibility.
